Olvena On 2005 VIVANCO Campillo 57 Gran Reserva 2011Olvena On the latest creation of Olvena. A wine to be admired. From our best Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah vineyards, we have selected and manually harvested the highest quality clusters. Each variety has been fermented and brewed separately. Subsequently, and once the cut has been made, the wine has remained for 14 months in new French oak barrels until it is bottled, where it has rested for another 12 months.
